FMS Youth
FMS Youth was founded over 30 years ago and has produced many successful shows in venues in North Belfast and Newtownabbey.
It offers coaching in singing, acting and dancing to students of all abilities with a passion for theatre. Many of our students have progressed to our adult company and a growing number have completed performance-related degrees and are now working professionally in theatres across the UK and Ireland.
Join FMS Youth
New members are welcome to join FMS Youth in September each year. Unfortunately this is the only time we can take on members.Members must be aged between 8 and 17 on September 1.
Registration
Registration takes place each year in late August or early September. We accept members from age 8 up to age 17 (on Sep 1.) Unfortunately, due to the high demand for places, students are not normally accepted throughout the rest of the year.
To register for the new season, please download and complete the relevant forms for your age and bring them with you on registration day. Details of the registration date, time and venue will be shown on our home page in August each year.
Sound of Music Auditions
You are invited to audition for the Fortwilliam Musical society's production of the Sound of Music. If you are interested then please fill out the audition form.
Necessary Paperwork
Registration for the new season will take place in September in Ekenhead Memorial Halls, North Circular Road. Details will be made available on our Facebook page. Please download and complete the relevant forms and bring them with you to registration.
Personal Details form
This is required for all FMS Youth members.
Performance Licence form
This is required for all members in Year 12 or below, ie those still in compulsory education.
